Name Change Notice
Business OS was previously referred to as “Freelancer Hub” in certain earlier communications, registrations, or related materials. Any reference to Freelancer Hub shall be understood as referring to Business OS, which is the same product under its updated name.
1. Nature of the Beta Phase
The Freelancer Hub system is provided to participants as part of a free testing phase. The Freelancer Hub system is for internal use only (Article 4).
The Freelancer Hub system is available in English only.
Participation does not constitute a commercial sale, paid subscription, or service contract.
The purpose of this phase is to test the system under real usage conditions and gather feedback prior to the official release of Version 1.
The Beta phase may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, without prior notice.
2. Participation Conditions
To participate, you must have an independent professional activity (e.g., as a freelancer) and an active Notion account. The free plan provided by Notion is sufficient.
Beginners and experienced professionals can register.
Community and email communications will be conducted in English only. By participating, you confirm you are comfortable communicating in English.
As the Freelancer Hub system is entirely in English (including the guides), a good understanding of English is required.

To use the system, you must duplicate it into your own Notion workspace using Notion’s built-in “Duplicate” function.
Once duplicated, the system operates independently within your workspace.
The system must be kept in a private Notion workspace. You agree not to enable public sharing or grant access to third parties.
3. Participation During the Beta Phase
The Beta phase is intended to function as an active testing phase. Participants are encouraged to:
